No candidate shall
be entitled to claim
admission as a matter of
right.
ii Admission to
any programmes in
college can be
cancelled, at anytime,
if any information
furnished by the
candidate at the time of
admission is found to be
incorrect.
a)
A student of any
programme who fails in
Annual Examination or
could not take Annual
Examination for reason
other than shortage of
attendance will not be
readmitted. However,
he/she may be allowed to
re-appear as an
Ex-student in the next
Annual Examination. The
college may provide to
such students the
facility of attending
classes/sessional test
etc.
b)
A student of any
programme who is
detained due to shortage
of attendance will no
longer remain the
student of the college.
Such students will have
to seek new admission
and will be required to
go through the entire
admission process.
c) Failure to
submit any of the
documents required at
the time of admission
along with fees etc.
Will result in
cancellation of
candidate.
Note: The above
exclusion is subject to
the other candidate and
requirements laid own by
the University Academic
Council from time to
time.
d) Selected
candidates are required
to deposit fees (detail
of which will be listed
on the notice board of
the college along with
the list of the selected
candidates) as early as
possible after the
announcement of
selection. In any case,
by the date and time,
notified for the purpose
in the prospectus
failing which their
admission will stand
without any other
notification.
e)
Selected candidates must
join the programme on
the opening day of new
Academic Sessions
notified on the notice
board of the College.
f)
Admission of student
based on wrong
statements or
information will be
cancelled when it comes
to the notice of the
College, all fees paid
until then shall be
forfeited and necessary
action will be
instituted.
g)
All selected candidates
will be required to
produce the following
documents along with
copy of each at the time
of admission.
i.
High Schol/Secondry
School certificate fro
the purpose of
verification of age.
ii. Detailed
statement of marks of
the qualifying
examinations passed.
iii. No objection
certificate (original)
form the present
employer where
applicable.
iv. Reserved
category certificate
required for
establishing his /her
claim for a reserved
seat.
v. Students
admitted to this college
shall be governed by the
provisions of the rule
made by College
governing body as will
as the Act ordnance &
Regulation Rules of
University.
Caution:
If after verification,
it is found that the
information(s) or
certificate (s) produced
is/ are false, criminal
proceedings will be
initiated against person
in addition to
cancellation of
admission of the
candidate and forfeiture
of the tuition fee etc. |
